In addition to Køge Håndbold, 29 other teams from 4 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Køge Håndbold could be found in Group 6 together with Skövde HF 1, IFK Kristianstad, Handbalschool Rijnmond and IK Sävehof 1.
Køge Håndbold continued to Playoff B after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HT München with 8-15. In the Final, HK Malmö 2 won over IFK Kristianstad and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 13. Køge Håndbold also participated in Girls 12 during Lundaspelen Handball 2017.
