In addition to the two LVHK teams, 36 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 10. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof LVHK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund 1, IFK Malmö, Amager, IK Sävehof 3 and Trelleborgs HK 2.
LVHK 2 continued to Playoff A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FIF Håndbold 1 with 10-11. In the Final, FIF Håndbold 1 won over LVHK 1 and became the winner of Playoff A in Girls 10. LVHK also participated in Girls 9 during Lundaspelen Handball 2017.
