In addition to Eslövs IK, 30 other teams from 7 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK could be found in Group 5 together with HT München, Kävlinge hk, TSV Herrsching and FIF Håndbold.
Eslövs IK continued to Playoff B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 10-11. In the Final, RP IF Linköping 1 won over Lidingö SK and became the winner of Playoff B in Girls 15. Eslövs IK also participated in Girls 14 during Lundaspelen Handball 2017.
