In addition to IFK Malmö, 27 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, FIF Håndbold, LVHK 1, H43 Lund and IK Sävehof 1.

IFK Malmö continued to Playoff B after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Oberursel with 11-25. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 1 won over Ystads IF HF 3 and became the winner of Playoff B in Boys 13.
