In addition to OV Helsingborg, 37 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls 10. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg could be found in Group 6 together with FIF Håndbold 2, Kävlinge HK 1, HK Malmö, IK Sävehof 4 and Ankaret - Sharks.

OV Helsingborg continued to Playoff C after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against LUGI HF 2 with 8-9. In the Final, IK Sävehof 5 won over IK Sävehof 3 and became the winner of Playoff C in Girls 10.
